Sandsnowandstreet Dynamic Warm up
Here is a surf specific dynamic warm up to perform before you go out and surf. A dynamic warm up specifically designed for surfing will improve your ability to turn, snap and pop up quicker. A dynamic warm up will also decrease the chance of injuries. Lastly a dynamic warm up will help create a pre-surf ritual to focus on the upcoming surf session. The video shows a sample surf specific warm up performed by LA County Lifeguard Nate Isbell and friends.
